I was fooling around and I think i managed to make my own move...Not sure though...let me know what you think..

Oh well...Look at the bright side: I managed to figure out something Freddy Adu does on my own :D Lol...About getting it high, make sure that when you go for the lift of the ball you lift it with the portion between the inside of your foot and your big toe and not your heel. Also, a high lift requires a quick, forceful snapping motion. I managed to get it 5 feet above my head one time so it isn't that hard...just looks good..

Sweet move. Too bad im sh*t at freestyle tricks.. so I could try.. and do it.. but I will most likely fail.

I've done that before, and like 3 variations (depending on where I put the ball and which leg I use to actually flick it up), but I've never spun at the same time, I imagine doing the spin is more difficult, and it definitely makes it look better. Nicely done!

i used to do dis trick but i stopped because when i was gonna do it in a game there was a guy behind me and i didnt see him and when i did it he came he kicked the ball real hard and it hit me in the cheeks and it gave me a bruise so i stopped doing it :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thought so :wink: . I just saw a video of billy wingrove on my friends computer. He sort of did this thing before starting to freestyle. Well it wasnt the exact same thing but a kind of variation. But its a cool move man, i gotta learn it 8)

That's was an awesome flick-up. I was trying to pull it off for like 2 minutes today... I couldn't even position it for a flick up.
