What do you prefer? Your vaps or CTRs?

Yes I believe he cut extra lace holes to make the lacing more even and tighter. I personally think it looks a lot better this way then they do normally.

Hi. This is a reply to jacobpurup. I'm the green vapors guy. After I took the lace cover off, I cut the 4 lace loops out of the inside of each boot, then i cut 6 new, square shaped holes into each boot with a utility blade.

I don't really know how to explain it other than this. There are four fabric loops on the inside of each boot. I used a sharp utility blade to cut those strips of fabric off. Then I cut little squares where the loops used to be by very carefully slicing down into the upper of the boot. I then cut a hole on each side of the boot near where the tongue is attached to the upper.

If you go to the NIKE topic, there is a place there where i have talked about it more and have also posted a picture of the blade i used.

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a new pair of cleats this year (my Laser Is are getting too small and give me too many blisters) and I'm crossed between the Nike CTRs and the adipure IIIs. Which one is better in terms of comfort and touch?

I'm not sure abot adipure IIIs, but comparing CTRs to adipure I, I like the CTRs alot more. No blisters from them and they feel like a good boot. Also the dampening pods that are supposedly added give good cushion for when people step on you...as well as that whole touch thing y'know. Haha overall I'd say if money is an issue definitely get adipure IIIs as they are cheaper and do have k-leather going for them. But CTRs are a good choice and if you want to be like Fabregas you should get those...lol. Good luck with whatever you choose.
