I don't have the tricks but I have V1.08's so far they are pretty durable, i've played with them in 5 games. the fabric used is very thin and feels like it is gonna rip but i've been stepped on and everything and havent ripped. I'm very satisfied with mine.
V1.08s are far more durable than V1.06s. Although they were about the best boot ever made in my opinion, they would only last for a month, two months tops (fortunately they would still be under Europsort warranty for me when they would break...). I wear my v1.08s every time I play on grass (about 4 times a week) and they hold up much better. Unfortunately, I think there is a defect in that the see-through heel does crack and eventually split. This happened on my first pair after about 6 months, and I have seen a tiny split starting to form on the heel of my new ones. Still, that's not bad for such light shoes that are comfortable and heavily used.
Yes they were V1.08, yes they are more durable than the earlier versions but they are still not durable enough to last you a good full hard season. I guess it depends where you also play on the field. If you are up top then it should last you a while but if you play hard and take his and what not then they are not going to last you. I seriously watched my teammate slide and got all ball and none of the player and as he slid they ripped fully apart.
