I have been wondering something about the Black/Gold Adipure II. Why do some web sites have a style with black and gold stripes and others have straight blackout with gold accents? The gold stripe ones are much rarer (and better looking in my opinion) so are they some sort of special offer or limited edition?

no, they're not.

theres a black/black/gold adipure thats as close to a blackout as they're selling.
and theres black/gold/gold
which is what kaka wore in the confed cup i think.

theyre both jsut general releases i think.

Ok thanks for the info, it just seamed strange to have two colorways seperated only by such a small difference.

any time.
yeah it is pretty weird but i think adidas is thinking that some people want a classic boot combined with some flair, such as the black with gold stripes, and some people just want pure class, the black on black.

Sexy cross-hatching look. I just want it in another colour.

I recently bought a cheap pair of the lower end version of the adipures and have been getting nasty cuts in the back of the heel probably becuase they are so low-cut, anyone know any way to stop this? thanks

Either tape up your heel, or wear thicker socks? Low-cut might be a problem, but it could also be the sizing.

Ok thanks I am going to put some vaseline on the heels and then wrap them. Also what do you mean by the sizing?

Yeah, Vaseline is a good idea.

Are they a very tight shoe all around? Are you sure you're wearing the proper size for your foot?

Anyone ever have these Adidas Adicore? I wanted to know if they stretch as much as the adipures plus they look like a good deal.
