I have been wearing Pred Powerswerves for the 2 seasons, and am currently looking for a new pair of boots as I am going to be going away to play at a college in the fall. I loved my preds but am looking to go with something lighter and more towards touch and comfort. I was looking into the CTR 360, but I'm not huge on the colourways, the Tiempo III's and the Vapor 6's. If anyone can throw another pair into the mix that they'd think I would like feel free too
have adiPURE I and are happy, but had them for two years. Great touch,
Need: Boot with superb touch and help with passing and shooting. Preferably leather, but otherwise its okay
Or should I just jump to adiPRUE III?
I had the same problem. I love my AdiPure ones but the other new boots are looking mighty tasty.
Personally, Ive decided to get the AdiPure III in White/Blk/PpyRed cause I love the classics. The only other shoes that came in mind were the AdiZeros and the Vapor VI's. Its still dicey for me (Would like advice) but Id say AdiPure IIIs
I'm also digging those Air Legend III. I'm also starting to like NIKE. A lot. Their great pump up videos, they're program Nike Academy (which im trying out for) But adiPURE's are great.
Anybody have both? That can tell me which are better?
I'd like to have a try with Adidas boots, I've only ever really used Nike before. I'm a quick dribble/pass sort of player, and shooting is a bit of a weakness for me. Vapors don't do much for my shooting. Its between Copa Mundials and adiPURE III's. They're both very comfortable, and good boots for control and touch etc. I really like how the Copas have rubber studs, because I like to roll the ball with my sole a lot. I'd imagine adiPURE's are lighter and more durable, but Copas are so successful for a reason.
What do you guys think? Copa Mundial vs. adiPURE III

Thanks!
I think the Adipure's offcenter lacing would give you a fairly clean surface for shooting/passing if you find the laces or stitching there to be an issue. I'm more of a bladed stud guy instead of rounded studs, but that's just me. The Adipure's are lighter(not sure about more durable, depends on the person) and have more of a progessive cut around the ankle. I'd try them both on to see how the fit differs if any and go with what is more comfortable.
