are you sure its not like a tumor, I'd see a sports medicine doctor like right now, A Sports Med Doctor is probably better than a chiropractor. Na, doubt it's a tumour since it clicks. There's no point going to the hassle of finding a chiropractor, just get to your local doctors, it might just be a...

If Old Trafford was in my neighborhood I'd be there every week, but as it stands, it isn't. And yes, When United lost on Wednesday, the rest of my day went to the sh**ter. I was pissed off for the rest of the day. The Detroit Red Wings won that night clinching the series but I was still in a bad mo...

And I do agree with you guys to an extent, but there is a difference between a glory hunter and a supporter, don't mix that up I'd say there is a big difference in the words fan and supporter. In my opinion a fan is someone who goes about in a club shirt, tells everyone around them how good they ar...

You shouldn't support a team because they are good. When my team are going good it actually effects me, my whole attitude and approach to life changes and I'm positive about everything. An example would be, you wouldn't support your rival school team, you'd support your schools team because they are...

Re: LOST

hey anybody here at EF watch LOST? it's my favourite show and is soooooooo crazy. I was just kinda wondering because I know that all the time travel and science fiction going on probably excludes a lot of people from liking it, but I think it's awesome. Also I think I figured out the Finale if anyo...

The reason prices are going through the roof is because of people glory hunting and supporting the big clubs. They have so many fans and audience through TV and the media that the money going around is stupidly high. Proper fans are now being pushed out of football due to ticket prices going up at c...

Best to give your muscles a chance to rebuild themselves, I'd say start at twice a week.

Imo your not a true fan if you watch the games sitting on your sofa, you've got to get out there and support your club. Every Saturday morning at 10am I get on the bus and travel all over Scotland just to see my team, it's an addiction.

Football's a language that the whole world speaks, no matter where you go you can just get a ball, set-up posts and everyone knows what to do. That thing looks really good, I saw something similar once where a group of Scottish guys took a year out after uni and travelled the world helping locals se...

One of my PE teachers told me about this hamstring stretch which is really good for helping you to lengthen the muscle. You do it with a partner- you lie on the ground with one leg in the air and they hold your raised foot (you can lean it on their hip if that's easier or if you arfe quite strong)....

Wii Fit

Dad's just came in with it to help him in yet another weight loss diet he's trying to do.

Anyone ever tried the drills on it, there's alot about balence and there's a test where you just stand for it to test your posture and it said most of my weight was on my left side.
