As long as you are fit and can play football you will always get a game at some level, if you stay dedicated you could make your way up through the levels and end up playing quite good level.

If you want my opinion on it then I'd say these boots are all about brand image and sponsor. Adidas play pro players millions to wear their boots so that all the kids think to be a good player you have to buy £100 boots.

Juggle, juggle, juggle....

honestly, that is the best and only advice. Juggle with both feet, left, right, left, right. Eventually you'll get so good that just juggling is boring and you want to learn freestyle moves.

Try having a long soak in a really hot bath (or shower) afterwards. I used to get stomach cramps and that's the only thing that cured it.

Don't know if wall sits is the proper name but it's what I call them. Basically you sit against a wall like in the picture below.
