I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that bike machines would build up your muscular endurance, whereas if you want muscular strength, you would be better doing those leg weight machine things, with high weight and low reps. Correct. It would help localised muscular endurance in the legs and a...

Re: Training in Hot VS Cold Environments

What are the differences between training in hot and cold environments? What effects do they have on athletes' fitness, endurance, muscle activity, etc. ? Does temperature affect heart beat rate? Can a different temperature setting affect an athlete's conditioning and endurance? ===================...

Your timing is probably inaccurate. The players do it with electronic sensors so they are 100% accurate, stop watches aren't.

Saying that, even taking in account the inaccuracies (probably plus or minus 1 second) you did do quite a good time.

I'm guessing hear but for a press-up I'd say. 3 seconds to move down, 1 second hold at the bottem and push up for 2.

Yeah, laughing and coughing tense your stomach muscles. When I overwork them and they are sore, laughing and coughing is a total nightmare, hurts so much.

Does the only methods to get better in juggling is using the drop-bounce-kick only? Any other methods of yours?
The kick-bounce-kick-bounce is only effective for absoulute beginners. Once you can get 10 proper kick-ups in a row then you should just practice doing that.

Confidence is the problem. If you can't play the simple way of limited touches in pract games then you shouldn't be working on tricks. Work on the simple things and the complex will come later. Also, I used to have the proplem that people thought I was bad so I believed them, I'll have to give you c...
