also offensive linemen do not make up the entire team. you would be hard pressed to find a player in the NFL playing any other postition(quarterback, running back, wide recievers, cornerbacks, defensive linemen, defensive backs, even tight ends) who couldn't run the 40 in less then 4.6 seconds. in ...

Yeah, it's even harder in the Canadian (American) Football League. 3 chances, and the last one is to punt/field goal usually. But there still are obese players, not saying they are slow or nonathletic, but they still are obese. no chance of an obese (real) football player. It's a totally dif...

OK, last post on this subject for me, this sounds like another silly argument turning sour. Listen, I've seen the numbers concerning linemen and their sprint times. They are very good, yet that doesn't mean that they aren't fat. Many skill positions have some of the best athletes in the world, yet ...

ben23, I think what mpcarres14 basically meant why would he want to watch a sport with a bunch of fat guys running around. I know their not all fat. But most linemen and linebackers are. Exactly what you said, obesity is your weight calculated by your height. These guys are in the obese category. m...

ok they are not obese but there are positions where all you do is hold people off and you have to be fat for that. Personally i have only ever seen a few fit nfl players and i mean a few. Even running backs dont run very far. You get 4 chances to move the ball 4 yards and then you stop after every ...

No, I didn't watch the game. I went to a party for about the first quarter, got bored, came home, and watched the EPL Review Show while eating a salad instead of filling myself with wings and sweets. In the end, I'm happy that I didn't watch it. American Football is far too commercialized and far t...

Saturday I wasn't able to do much but at my friends house we played this game which is like 2v2 with 1 constant defender, so one team + the defender has to get the ball from the other team of two, who can pass it around and such. we played it with an American football. today i had a soccer game, we ...
