Addidas vs Nike? Well it depends. Addidas boots in my opinion are specifically designed for control, Nike are designed for speed. if you want good shoes that are within your price range of $100, here's a few ideas I think should help. Total 90s (Nike) Predators (Addidas) Tiempo (Nike) I'm not a big ...

Becoming a professional? Anything can happen just believe in it. Just because some of the modern stars don't have your kind of bringing up doesn't mean that you'll never make it. I mean hey, Kaka is one of the first players out of Brazil that grew up in a rich family cause almost all grew up in impo...

Coach recommends chocolate bars

Chocolate bars? Aren't they fat or anything. But this guy recommends them before trainings and stuff. He also says that you should get plenty of fluid so that your mouth won't dry up because of the chocolate. However, I still don't think that choco bars are great. Granola bars are better cause they ...

Why the hassle? Fats dont turn into muscles actually. Never over-eat burgers . If you really want a big appetite, eat healthy stuff like rice, pasta, bread. Check the food pyramid for more and eat a larger quantity of those "beneficial" food. But remember to continuously workout so that all the stuf...

I disagree that training with somebody who might be less skillful as you is a disadvantage. In fact for me, I got more out of training with my friend who was a complete rookie in football than playing in a cup final against some awesome players. It's all about the drills you do and etc.. Training wi...

I used to ask the same questions about stepovers. I never knew when I should start performing a stepover and what to do afterwards. But then one day, I got one of my friends and we started to practice. I started to do not only stepovers, but also Rivelinos (reverse stepovers), stanley matthews and e...

I heard some of the best jugglers including the Brazilian players such as Ronnie and Ronaldo first start juggling on the streets barefooted. I tried without shoes and just barefoot and for me, it doesn't make much of a difference. Same pathetic result of an average of 5 juggles after almost 10 hours...

Alright so I followed your advice and I have been practising like a dog for the past few days. Here's my result: I improved yesterday by one more keepy-up than before I started this few days juggling training. Today I got worse by two keepy-ups than before. At this kind of rate, I will never be past...

Hah I'm coo I'm coo. But the thing is: I've been practising for a year now. Okay maybe not everyday cause I was working on my on the pitch stuff like passing shooting etc and I've noticed a massive improvement in that. But then in juggling, some old story. When I start kicking the ball, it flies off...

How do you even bloody juggle?!

Alright, I have to admit I'm far better at playing the ball on the pitch then doing keepy-ups, because the most I can do is a dozen. On average 5 juggles I'd be pretty satisfied. Man, this is absolutely ridiculous. Somebody teach me how to juggle please. When I kick the ball, the ball flies away aft...

I was coached by Mick Duxbury, one of Fergie's valuable assets in the early 1990s, right back. Too bad for him he left when United won their first EPl title. It was a great honor for me to be coached by him but I didn't learn that much :P lol., Anyways hah I've also met with some other pro players, ...

Oh and maybe this isn't the best thing I broke but today I was down at my basement in my apartment building for the first time, and I broke a broom in half as I was about to leaving. It was 10 yards out but I accidentally smashed it so hard that it broke into two. Didn't mean to do that, cause I jus...
