err, i think one day is enough, because after youve done all the others, you can do it again. i advise you not to only do one skill (like heading) per day, and to also do a little bit of the other skills aswell, so you keep in form with them. so you know, like 5 mins on everything, and more, like 10...

haha, i wish we practiced as much, but like all the local clubs (that ive found) we only train 1 hr a week, which is what makes me think that i aint missing much if i just leave. im always in awe of how most people in forums find amateur kids teams (u15s?) that actually train properly (like 3-6 hrs ...
