When I first started trying to juggle and in my beginnings of freestyle I used to juggle with backspin and that was how I first learned how to juggle. However, as I advanced in freestyle I started developing the technique of juggling without spin (which is the way I juggle now). For freestyle, juggl...

Jockeying Tackling

Okay so I am confused about which foot to tackle with when jockeying an attacking player. My coach told me to always tackle with my back foot. However, one of the BEST (basically a training program that has a very strong relationship with the club I play for that is run by former or near premiership...

For headstall I kind of practiced it like once a day for like 10 mins or whenever I had the chance, I just tried to balance the ball on my head. I don't exactly remember, but one day it just clicked, in one day I went from 7 seconds to 20 seconds. I would guess it would take maybe 1-2 weeks to maste...

A knuckle shot isn't very complicated at all. All it is essentially is just an instep drive hit perfectly. If you hit an instep drive correctly, the ball should have very little spin or none at all (causing it to knuckle, and cause the "swerve/going all over the place"). But basically all you do is ...

The brazillian Ronaldo was plagued by injuries. If he was healthy his entire career, then he would definitely be one of the greats without question (if you don't already think he is). Because of injuries at least 3 years of his career (accumilated) not including the times he didn't play at full stre...

Actually most of your physical abilities such as speed are inherited... Genetics plays the largest role in determining attibutes such as your top speed. However, not many people actually reach their full potential (such as top speed). You can train as much as you want but you are never going to exce...

Yeah haha, I agree with the Peter Crouch statement. And I would like him to go to Chelsea, it wouldn't be suprising especially if Shevchenko and Drogba leave, and also since he is russian (Abromovich).
