Ronaldo put weights on his legs and trained stepovers, and then he got faster and faster  thats not a very wise thing to do..........he'll end up with a lot of injuries when he gets older. Anyways about dribbling drills, typically do a lot of repetition of an array of dribbles incorporated i...

i had seen alot of that here in Canada, where many clubs have an ethnic origin and typically want the team from that ethinicy. It sucks but thats the way it is, and many tryouts ends up players being selected who have a car or something to help the other players travel to games. Its like that in man...

Hey guys, what's the difference in the level between semi-pro and pro? well for pro expect to be very fit and strong. Its expected you are training daily and can run run and run some more. Moreover, at pro it is very important to be incredibly fast in small spaces. Semi-pro is slow and some players...

body feints

one of the most under rated move in the modern game is the body feint midfielder especially should try to make heavy use of them in order to shrug off defenders and keep control of the ball to get into a better position and pass the ball here is an example of a body feint http://www.youtube.com/watc...

to my knowledge there aren't any pros that are naturally two-footed both ronaldo's are primarily right footed but they practiced a lot to make use of the left foot thats all it takes, practice, visualize notice how you turn when taking shots and you'll get it. for me....I tore my legements in my lef...

if you are deep in the penalty box (with lots of defenders around) then obviously yes

typically you want to have at most two touches on the ball and finish once you are in the penalty box

being two footed is very good, especially if your right footed but move to the left personally I am almost both footed, the only weakness I have is doing outside pass with the left foot but other than that I can shoot just as hard as my right foot. one advantage is that it gives you more balance so ...

the main difference as everyone here said is fitness and focus. At the amature level you tend to see players who think they are prima donna and would just dribble/shoot and not defend. At semi-professional level everyone does their job go for every 50-50 ball and do what is best for the team. Typica...

quite simply increase your speed, at the point where you are (trying out for a top-flight team)....speed in small spaces is the most important thing

next it is your cardio

anyways....best of luck, turkey is a great place, great league to play but I'm sure you are training like mad right now

toe poking is okay for a striker to use, because a striker needs to use what ever he can to score and usually toe poking can allow you too shoot quickly with minimal time to prepare however the inside is more useful and accurate. your friend may not be convinced that the inside of the foot is better...

striker needs to control the ball with fewest number of touches....the less touches on the ball the less time for defenders and goalies to react also remember unlike players in other positions the striker will see the ball very few times (at the highest level it is common for the striker to see the ...

quite simply before you have the ball, scan the field look for your team mates, their runs, where they are positioned...accelerate towards the ball and base on your judgement either control the ball and then pass, or pass it in one touch or dribble with it its important that you scan and then accele...
