Thanks! I will get to that right away. Also, do you have any ideas on a warm up? Should I do situps, push-ups every day? How many? I'm not completely out of shape, I have a soccer game and 2 practices a week. So I will just mix this into my plan.

Soccer4Life, this will help a lot! Thanks again!

Yeah, I'm really excited for this World Cup. Normally all the games would be in Edmonton (My home) like the Women's U-19 (U-18?) World Cup. I went to almost every game of that tournament, it was pretty good. We had the only grass soccer pitch that was suitable for this tournament at the time. But no...

It just doesn't flow well enough :D
We almost need them to be called the socceroos!

I'm pretty sure this has a different meaning in Trinindad but if this spreads, what will happen the the "Socca Warriors" of Trinidad & Tobago.

Regarding the being lazy, it's all mental. You have to want the ball, believe sincerely that you can do wha tyou know you can with the ball. Tell yourself every 50/50 ball is mine. I'm not going to back down from this, I need the ball! Believe that you will make an impact! You know you have it in yo...
