Sounds like you're taking your eye off the ball and not focusing enough.

Concentrate on keeping your eye on the ball throughout the kicking motion and you should iron out this problem.

Panchester as I have already stated, individuals mean nothing if you can't defend as a team.

On paper England should have the best defence in the world looking at where all of the players play for club. But they clearly don't. Your logic is completely flawed.

A team is more than a collection of talented players. It is a unit. When every member of the team is playing as part of that unit, it doesn't matter about the quality of individuals, because the chemistry of the team is unbeatable. This is how Spain are the best team in the world. Yes they have Xavi...

The follow through can have a great impact on the power of your shot and the spin you put on the ball. The best advice I can offer you is to watch that torres video again and again and examine how he hits through the ball. That is what you want to recreate. Glad to hear it's coming along well and yo...

Sorry man, I haven't received anything in my inbox. I done the gain muscle program. The original one that you can download in a spread sheet. Since I've done it he has updated the website and added a new routine, you can check it out if you want but I'm sticking to what I was doing. Don't fix it if ...

Tbh for Real Madrid he was more than worth the money. They have benefited so much from buying him.

Barca are lucky we have Messi home grown and didn't have to fork out for a brilliant player.

Victor Valdes had relatively few touches that game and although he let in a goal, he is still a great keeper.

It is pretty much impossible to get past a decent defender by taking a touch every step. When Messi is really flying he knocks it ahead and takes a few steps between touches, otherwise he wouldn't be able to run as fast with the ball. He keeps the ball relatively close to him though, it isn't like h...

That's a valid point, but a few good touches isn't enough to identify him as a great player in my opinion. Compare him to Ozil against Barcelona, who pretty much was the only player Real had to link the defence/midfield to Ronaldo going forward.

I don't agree totally with that. When you are bursting down the wing with no defenders around, you should be taking heavier touches, but it is wasteful to be staring down the ball. Doing that will result in you becoming less observant of possible passes/openings, or whether a defender is coming to c...

That is what I was thinking, even at home Tottenham seemed to have no Midfield, which is the main reason they lost, the defence wasn't particularly bad, except for Gomez.

I personally hold a 10kg weight that I normally put on my barbell across my chest and do about 8-12 crunches a set.

Good weight to start with would be just using a 3-5kg dumbbell.

To be honest all of the time my eyes are moving so quickly between different things I can't even think of what I am looking at. You shouldn't be staring at anything. In fact I never look at one thing for more than a fraction of a second unless I'm shooting. My eyes are constantly flicking around. Re...

Contrary to popular belief, the Abs are exactly the same as every other skeletal muscle in your body, and should be trained in the same way for maximum effect. Weighted crunches are good, as they ensure you can only do 8-12 reps per set. Other exercises include weighted wind-screen wipers and Russia...
