It is just as beneficial as training your skills on your own. If you can do both, youll get very good indeed. You need to play with others in order to improve your skills and i dont mean just training sessions with your team.

Juggling is definately very important, i find it improves my control more than my touch, my control on my right foot is far better than my left foot, which is poor really. Ive got christmas off now to practice that a lot now, thank god!
