There are reports about a possible Robinho to AC Milan move in the air as well. I wonder how Borriello feels about all this.

Leg Extensions

I've been recovering from a pretty long injury set back in my hip. I've been managing to play for about an hour a day of full on scrimmaging without pain, or 1.5 hours of individual ball skill training. I'm still not comfortable doing sprints (I sprint in the scrimmage but I'm talking about doing 15...

Unfortunately I see Spurs winning at WHL, if they keep BSC from scoring, or limit them to one goal, I can easily see them getting two if they are playing at their best. That will be enough to take them through on away goals. I was hoping BSC would put in the 4th when it was 3-1, then moments later, ...

Ibra has a nasty shot. Look up his 08/09 goal compilation, he can strike a rocket from far out, on free kicks, high and low, with curve or with no backspin at all.

Stevie-G also has a hammer of a foot but it hasn't been showing lately. Other people I'd mention are Drogba, and John Arne Riise

Arsenal looked nervous after falling behind. Arsenal were only able to create decent chances once Rvp and Rosicky came on. No Fabregas today, so hopefully the midfield distribution and leadership (which I felt was lacking today) will improve once he steps on the pitch. Nasri looked bright but he nev...

Almunia in goal. Thank god, hopefully he doesn't pull a Fabianski today.

It was a natural trade off for me. I have been pretty good at long distance running and endurance since I was a kid (nothing amazing). On the other hand, I have average top speed (sprinting) and I have worked at it a lot. Although I have managed pretty good short distance acceleration and agility af...

I was at 5:10 during February but an injury troubled summer vacation later and I have no idea where I stand at. I was hoping to break 5 minutes but now I will probably be lucky to run a 6:15.

Good start for the boys, we claim our first meaningful trophy of the season  Anyways, it was cheap goal conceded against AC Milan, but they had their chances. Let Koscienly settle into the English game and feed him some whey protein and he should turn out to be a solid defender. Hopefully Arsen...

I love CTR's aswell. I was wearing a prototype size 9 in vapor VI and they were hella tight, I had to take them off after 30 mins each session (toes scrunching up almost) and it hurt like hell to take laces shots... almost as if I was kicking them barefoot. Hopefully they fixed these problems in the...

Yeah I came across some web results regarding Aguero to Inter, but Aguero to Chelsea seemed to be in the books and it never happened. I think he would be a great young attacking addition to Inter's squad if he was to move this summer. Mascherano and Esteban holding down the center of midfield would ...

Damnit, now I am probably gonna miss seeing Maicon in Dallas next week when Inter plays against FCD :( Inter are an experienced squad, but they are about to start that aging plateau... Eto'o, Samuel, Zanetti, Lucio, these are key players that will be needed to be replaced within the next few years.....

Fawver, nice Vapor VI! I was looking to get that same color but I have a few questions... Are they comfortable after breaking in or do you still get blisters after long-periods of use. I don't want to have to two sock. Also, how do they fit in comparison with your other boots (sizing wise), for me, ...

When you are racing, definitely yes. Even a 5k fitness jog is not something I'd consider right after eating a meal.

I saw this too, and while it's not the most pleasant thing to see as an Arsenal supporter.. I doubt Fab would really be trying his hardest to escape Reina's hold considering the spirit of the celebration.
