Oh ok it was you! (: haha... and yeah it's pretty shockiing, my warm up and cool down use to persist of static stretching.

Also.. I've noticed you seem to reply pretty quick to my posts/threads, do you live in Eastern Australia somewhere? Or in my timezone?

Sorry you've had to wait so long for a reply, and your English isn't that badd trust me I've seen much worse!

Well, all those clubs seem great, so why not trial, I'm sure some of the lower teams however have open trials. It's just a matter of getting out there and looking.

cheers, although i dont understand all of them, ill certainly use the ones i did understand, thankss. just found something on itunes, its a nike pre season training program, (its a podcast). have u seen any of the drills in it, it has some great looking plyometrics.

Yeh i know, I don't have access to a gym or leg press machine, and I have a knee injury from a while ago which still bothers me when I try to put to much weight on it (like a single leg squat).
