It's been stressed a lot before in just about every training section on here - quality over quantity.
I'd tell you the amount I do, but there's just too many variables (which drill, it's required effort), but I personally don't spend much time on a single drill.

It's not unusual for an ankle sprain to start swelling until the next day (according to a quick Google I just did). It just sounds like a typical sprain. Do the usual R.I.C.E treatment and it should be sweet. The right thing to do would to go see a physio, but we already know it's a sprain, and you ...
What is your goal here? Are these plyo's for quick feet or explosive strength? If the latter then no, not every day, a max of twice a week I'd say. It's very demanding on your muscles, even more so on your poor joints. If it's just foot speed type stuff then every day is fine.

A Lot of that is working muscular endurance (low weight/high reps). It's not going to help with 'messi strength'. If you want strength without size, you need very high weight, low reps. I mean less then 5 reps, with close to your One rep max (I believe 80% of your ORM weight is ideal, from memory). ...
Some of those were god-awful finishes! But in all fairness I guess they were half-mucking around.scottS4 wrote:tottenham finishing exercise:

You've come to the right man! For warm-ups, do dynamic stretching. I don't think I need to elaborate on this we've discussed it before I'm pretty sure. Start off with something to get your blood pumping, like a jog. The cliche' lap of the field should be suffice. I actually start off with some mobil...
I posted on bodybuilding.com's forum about all this and my situation, and they've also played down the home gym I'm looking at. They reckon I will out grow it way to quick. I'm still not ruling out the home gym, but within my budget I can afford just over 90kg of weights with 2 DB's and a BB, as wel...
so let me give you a good example, so what your saying is that if a baseball pitcher practiced throwing with a golf ball then he would not improve? you guys are crazy, of course he would improve, a smaller ball takes more skill and accuracy your example is so far off base it's not even funny. if yo...

Man that's amazing panch! Did the kids in the U20's that you know off train a lot, or have they mostly been in academies and stuff? I've been watching most of Australia's matches in Colombia. Man we suck! Haha no we're a good side, but our communication, particularly in our own box is awkward, it's ...

Pele 's first ball was made out of rolled socks, he didn't get a proper ball until he played for his first official team. Even so you could bet that the quality of the ball wasn't too good. I have his biography and he says that they were an unwealthy family, they sounded right on the edge of poverty...
