I fast(I won't eat) sometimes. Its really hard to do, but it seems to work. My theory is that when you aren't eating you body asums that you aren't fast enough or strong enough to hunt. So it makes up for it by making you faster and more explosive. It seems to be most effective while your fasting, ...

I found expertfootball by typing in freestyle tricks in google. It was like the first link (got me to the freestyle section). You're right, it's the sixth one right now. I guess specifying more (ex: soccer endurance, soccer speed) will give much better results as there aren't much websites dedicate...
