No supplement can give you endurance or strenght.
Ex: Someone who takes steroids won't gain muscle mass if he doesn't workout. Thus steroids only make it easier to gain muscles, they don't make muscles by themselves.

A few years ago there this was the subject of a recognized science TV show here in Canada. It demonstrated that a gymnast who tries a movement for several times and can't execute it has a lot more chances to succeed if he/she visualizes him/herself doing it in the 3rd person and even proved it work....
