In my opinion, that thing about points and nominations is way too complicated and long for nothing, no wonder 3 persons or so voted, just make one thread for every award, with a poll, then people vote. I mainly workout and sometimes swim and run to stay at a minimum cardio level. Winter is long and cold, I can't exercise outside so I exercise home and at the gym to stay in shape.

The longer you do an aerobic exercise, the higher the % of fat used for the required energy. I'm not too sure about the percentages, I remember I read it in a book, I'd have to check.

I'd say: 1-Swim at 90-95% of your maximal heart rate for 4 minutes. (intense) 2-Swim at 60-70% of your maximal heart rate for 3 minutes. (less intense) 3-Swim at 90-95% of your maximal heart rate for 4 minutes. (intense) 4-Swim at 60-70% of your maximal heart rate for 3 minutes. (less intense) 5-Swi...

Conditioning the cardio respiratory system can best be accomplished by three adequately intense workouts per week." I guess two cardio sessio...
