Am I eating too much to lose weight?

I'm trying to lose some stomach fat which is blocking my abs. I'm not fat, scientifically I'm underweight as my BMI suggests. At the moment I have a knee injury which reduces me to the exercise bike, I work out 3 times a week, and every other day I use the exercise bike for 10 minutes twice a day. T...

I've got a suspected one right now, on my left knee, outside and below. What do you need to know specifically?

I think the doctor was lazy, as I've had a previous knee injury before which turned out to be nothing but a bit of fluid really. So he's not taking it seriously, hahaha and funny you mention that about the painkillers, thats what he had me on for the first 2 weeks :S I'll see if i can get into physi...

A Tough Time

Over a moth now since I've played or trained due to this knee injury. I went back to the doctors the other day and he had a feel of it, decided that its fine, and he told me to keep stretching and strengthening it. He hasn't even diagnosed me yet, I would feel fine if i actually knew what was wrong ...

Losing form and skill?

It's been a month and I'm still out with my knee problem, the doc' can't diagnose me because he's an idiot, and mum won't take me to physio because she thinks I'm faking it, but it's just her selfish financial issues really. The doc' just had me doing stretches until it gets better. yay. So I was wo...

Yep, push-ups and pulls ups will mainly work your pecks, chest, shoulders, and even your triceps. Just make sure you don't isolate the other parts of your body, like your biceps and legs (quads and calves mainly), you don't want to make yourself a body builder as well.

Even though he's still reasonably young, it's just experience. He's spent so much time with the ball that he's 100% familiar, and comfortable with it.

As for the consistency, it's just the same thing really, although he's world cup wasn't too good, but he certainly didn't play 'bad'.

I don't see a difference between the two drills? Is the second one meant to have you cutting around the cone, and then doing the same on the way back? If so the cut part needs to be faster for you to benefit (If you are actually trying to do the drill at a training pace that is).

Push-ups and chest bulkiness.

I'm 14, and trying to bulk up, but mainly on my arms as it's one of my soft points. Agility is a big part of my game so I'm trying to keep my center of gravity as low as possible. One of the exercises I do are push-ups. 20 reps, 3 sets. This is done in my strength routine 3 times a week. I was just ...

If it wasn't for ExpertFootball I wouldn't of known how important individual training was, thus I'd never make it as a professional. This website is going in my biography.
