I remember during Beijing Olympics 2008, they showed a park in Beijing that had atleast 20 ping pong tables. You would see a bunch of people just playing in the park. I wish we had that in Canada.

Thanks pickyourheadup for the link. Looks like a tough serve to master (for me).

Nice, I'm new to the sport. Best amongst friends but that's not saying much. I'm wondering if you know any serves that you think I could learn? I'm fairly decent, I think.

Table Tennis?

Anyone here play Table Tennis? Competitively or just for fun? Would be pretty cool to see if anyone is into this sport, other than me.

Just started freestyling again last week. I can now do two ATW's in a row and I can catch the ball behind my leg fairly easy.

The doctor said at 2 weeks I should take an x-ray and put on a cast. Well it's 2 weeks and im in a different country on vaca...

Are there any specific foods that are rich with vitamin D? Thanks. By the way I'm going on vacation soon, will the sun h...

Broken Wrist

I recently broke my left wrist during a soccer game. I already broke that wrist before and I don't want that to happen again. Is there anyways in preventing a broken wrist to happen again. I know drinking milk helps, but anything else?

I really need your help. Thanks.

Definitely do strength training mixed with sprints, and other explosive excercises. You want to be explosive on the pitch. If you want you can also do olympic lifts, they make you a lot more explosive. But research and learn the proper form when doing those lifts. Bodybuilding is useless for footbal...

Here is a list of a bunch of major WC players missing out on the tournament. Although, some of the players only have minor injuries and will be making a come back, such as Julius Cesar and Diego Milito. ttp://www.goal.com/en/news/1863/world-cup-2010/2010/06/05/1958694/goalcom-special-which-stars-wil...
