I do it all in one set, it is fun, I think it probably improves urgency and if you look at great runs, they often include change of pace, a bit of skill and cutting in and out, the pass of the wall and control is not vital but it just completes the rep, but something else could be done

Messi etc, probably do not dribble like they do in 11 a side games as they do in 5 a side..
