I'm just generally quite intrested to know if anybody knows the average earnings of footballers in Eng...

Warm ups and Cool downs. What do you do?

Intrested to know what stretches/exercises people use in their personal warmups. I generally do a few static stretches and warm up with my team but I really need to get a proper warm up routine going to get the best out of my muscles.

Factory work? Bad for football?

I couldn't find any articles either I just remember reading about it when I was younger. Anyways the best advice would be to practise your shooting in the day time and then just use a tennis ball to walk around with in the house when you need to switch rooms etc. You wanna do such high intensity in ...

Henry was one of my favourite players, ever. That video is really, really good! Did anyone see the Messi Vs Ronaldo countdown video he posted? Pretty awesome. I liked that about Henry though. His shooting was sublime so he could be confident in himself he'd score from whereever he shot. Maybe the ac...

Anyone think it'd be a good idea to set up an EF fantasy league. Winner gets 5 Star Rating?

When I was like 12-16 I used to go out at like 11-12 and play football with mates till like 9-10 at night without much food. I never really got hungry cos I was always just having fun, I usually just had a snack and I was fine.

You should be able to play numerous positions and shine in each one if you want to be the best, that's what will get you noticed and then the proffesional coaches will know better than even yourself where you play. Gareth Bale was signed as a striker, he's now a left back, and vice versa for Kevin P...
