simply put stop trying to copy players nothing good will ever come from it. every player i have ever seen try and copy someone fails miserably.

in case it's not redundant yet, experience, also keeping your head up if you know where your team is it takes away that half second you would need to look for them.

you could always do a timed amount too, 15 min left 15 right. if i recall beckham practiced his free kicks for about that long after training.

i can't see that many being a problem. you're probably safe until you decide you want to do 400 a day.

"Fast feet to me, is all about co ordination and balance, and a bit of anticipation." this is wrong. fast feet are definitely developed very little of it is from ball work. you can become more effective with your movements by being on the ball but you won't be faster it's just the illusion of having...

i'd also like to add that small people are fricken hard to push off a ball. one of my friends is only 5'6 5'7 ish and it's so damn hard to get him off the ball with how low he is.

it does you no good to do them. afaik most pro's have a consistent routine and my team always had one. Maybe it's just not a good enough warm up.

if you try it with the inside of your foot you're an idiot. similarly 1 pro making it big while playing with the only ball he could make until he was 15 or so doesn't show any evidence that it's in the slightest bit beneficial. simply put the idea of using a tennis ball for anything but dribbling an...

so let me give you a good example, so what your saying is that if a baseball pitcher practiced throwing with a golf ball then he would not improve? you guys are crazy, of course he would improve, a smaller ball takes more skill and accuracy your example is so far off base it's not even funny. if yo...

:p i found nothing like that on youtube p793 but i'll go with it. somehow i doubt it. like i said though the weight on the futsal ball might be a bit weird for shooting.

i have no idea but i imagine weight would come into that. i've kicked a few futsal balls and they seem to weigh a fair bit more. if that's what you have around it's better than a tennis ball.
