You gotta warmup BEFORE. and stretch RIGHT AFTER every set. As you get used to them doing them every day, you will stop feeling the aching sensation the next day. But if you do, it shows your doing them right.

I have size 10 1/2. And one thing I noticed is that although I can hit nice volleys with that protruding piece on my instep, I can also get good power from contacting the ball RIGHT above the joint to my big toe. That bone betwean the Joint and the Prtruding piece. I tried for ages to get a straight...

Well how about this. I´ll be playing the wing, and am being marked tightly in the opposing corner. After a couple cuts, I still cannot get past the defender, so I shield the ball waiting for my defender. The opposing defender get impatient, and goes for the ball and either clips my heels, or goes be...

Ive been working on my shielding, and one thing I must say is, it really comes down to practice. Find a friend, or find a small sided pickup game, and work on breaking down the defence of others shielding against you, then analyze what they did wrong, and work on your own shielding technique. What I...

I think label'ing people as racist, is simply avoiding underlying issues which trigger one person to be malignant towards another. I'm a minority down here in Miami being a white dude playing soccer. Despite the fact that I am half Hispanic. In my opinion, the best way to avoid being the target of s...

What I often do is, when I am doing to block a shot, or charge or tackle an opponent, is step in with my forward foot, then shift my weight so I am coming in backwards (at a slight angle). That way I am looking over my shoulder, which protects my face, and if he fakes, I don't have to change directi...

Moving to new State my Senior year (Need Advice)

Alright so. I am currently playing for a high school that won nationals a couple years back. Of course, the team only have a couple of players from those days, but we continue getting players from the same top level club that produced those players (i play for lower team in that club), and have rema...

Yea dude. Reality check. Soccer is a game, and refs are there to help the game run correctly, not for your to take your anger out on. How could you possibly consider yourself a victim, lmao. You are the kind of douche that kills games. You expect the ref to let you off, so that he doesn't have to be...

Playing in Miami, as a Caucasian, I definitely get alot of heat when I play soccer. This only drives me harder when I am training, and I am constantly working on my technique in my spare time. I have been running x-country, and track in the off-season to improve myself physically, and never give up ...

A while ago I was playing Junior League hockey, running Track 2 hours every day, and playing soccer, practicing 2-3 times a day, and I ended up coming down with Bronchitis (coughing up phlem, constant coughing while trying to breath). I ended up going to the doctors for anti-biotics after 2 weeks, a...

I think its important to have confidence in yourself, so that you can push through setbacks and keep your eyes on the ball (pun). But to much and cloud your vision, and work against you just as much as someone without any confidence at all.

I just bought a pair of 5 pound weights (10 lbs total). I bought them with the intention of using them while practicing my power shots at the local racketball court. From what I have read online so far, I think I will take out 3 of the 6 bags in each ankle weight to lower the weight. But I just want...
