I do feel that the powerspine on my Truestrikes help open the area on my foot that can get power out of a shot. However, although they do feel great now, they are prone to having pressure points. I have heard nothing but good things about the comfort in CTR though. I think what I like best though is...

Well just using my instincts. It seems your trying alot of things, waiting for a quick result. But since its a serious injury, the best thing would be to relieve your body, so it can get around to doing its thing naturally. Taking supplements, and stretching excersizes are only ment to help your bod...

Also, you gotta add in whatever is on the pasta, which varies from tomato sauce with Meatballs or chicken. But I am lucky enough...

I try to steer clear of carbonated drinks. But as for Gatorade, when I am doing alot of cardio, like running X-Country, or track. Buy a big can of powdered, and drink it after workouts, and whenever I feel like it lol. If your worried about your weight, I would only drink the designated amount after...

I rested Sunday, went to practice this morning. We started warm-ups with a couple laps around the field, and although it did feel a little tense towards the end, I kept the pace. Made sure to do those stretches during the stretching session along with the rest of the sets. Luckily today was an easy ...
