Keeping your bodies center of gravity low is crucial to changing your velocity efficiently. Just like how sports cars are lower to the ground to allow them to take turns quicker without tipping over, you must also lower your body, so that you don't have to slow your movement down to make the turn. M...

Its a fact that the profit margin for cleats is really high, just like any other shoe. But as long as people are buying them, then they will stay like that. Its called consumerism. That is why they only last one season.

Damit. I played a game today and the back pain came back. I haven't been doing the back strengthening excersizes, and it just boned me. I have a game tomorrow, any ideas for a way to dampen the pain for 90 minutes. Ill rest in the whole of next week with therapy.

I saw the nastiest fake a while ago. I believe it was drogba who did it. He was coming down the right line with a defender closing in to his side, and one behind him. He headed towards the corner, and let the ball get a little ahead of him (heading towards the flag, about 6 feet away.) He then witho...

Not that I have any excuse to be posting advice on this. But keep in mind, the coach will MOST LIKELY be looking for a player that will be willing to work hard, work hard, work hard, work hard, make sacrifices, and mold to what he needs in the team. Most likely you wont simply get stuck on the field...

Also, while playing soccer, you will not be trying to run a consistent speed for 6-7 minutes. You will mostly be doing a mix of sprints/jogs/walks, on and off for extended period of time. It is important to do long jogs/runs to keep you cardio up, so that you last the whole game. But more important ...

Yea but thats why it was so great. Because of those things.. killing his bestfriend, and dieing in the end, it produced stronger emotions in audience even if their negative. I just saw Zombieland btw. It was fun cause I saw it with my girl, and our group of friends, so the lame plot seemed quite enj...

I think Rio, then Gerrard is a good choice. Of course if Rooney could handle the responsibility it would work out in the long run. But the guy is one of the best players in the world, and hes only 24 right now correct? Pushing him into being the captain of England wouldn't have any positive effects ...

Something I have learned to love, almost as much as scoring, is getting a good clean hard tackle on someone. I have sent people off with reds, who have lost it after staring in disbelief as I send them to the ground without even a minor penalty. The first rule is, USE YOUR TORSO, not your hands. If ...

I worked with a personal trainer for hockey a while ago, and it was telling me how the spine is not designed to do the motion for situps (crunching inward). It is designed to twist left and right. As sure, he set up an excersize for my abs, where he stood up a benching bar on one point, while holdin...

I started off showing her the correct posture for a heel pass. Then spent 10 minutes passing back and forth correcting her technique (to a certain degree, its only her first time), and reminding her to keep an eye out for certain aspects as she follows through. Then I lined up 5 balls infront about ...

That last one didn't really answer the myth. It does addresses the injury you will get if you don't take care of strengthening your back too
