I agree with RG900, the shoulder feint is a very effective move. It gets the defender of balance very easily. In my opinion, the scissors only work with amateur defenders and i recently just moved from a b team to an a team, and on the a they are not falling for the step-over. Are there any other m...

exactly. yung and magicfeet are both right. once you do a trick so many times, you kind of find yourself incorporating it into your method of beating a defender. i like what magicfeet said. it's not so much you think "i'll do this, then this, then this..." you just decide to beat them. that's one o...

I agree with you yung, we christians have faith in God and dont need to any proof to believe He is real, if we needed scientific proof then faith would be meaningless exactly. we don't need proof. we have belief and we don't need science to prove it because we FEEL he is there. we have a certain tr...

Following on from what Yung-Ital has said, I find my best runs come from when I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do. For example, I don't conscously think "I'll do a stepover to the right, then fake a pass, then try and nutmeg the defender", but I'll decide to beat him. Half-way through the motion...

I really disagree. For your first point, you are talking as if creation is a given. We were not necessarily put/evolved on the planet witn a perfect system for us. Because of the conditions that manifested on Earth, life was able to come into existance, and if these conditions were elsewhere in the...

The strongest instinct a human has is to survive. By believing in a religon and "god", it gives a person a security that they will survive even after they die in some type of "after life". Another thing that makes me believe that people need religon or god is because its much easier to blame things...

Re: My Struggle

I'm starting this new thread to satisfy my narcisstic urges and keep track of my training and stuff. Since I have some free time these days, I decided to make a training video on volleys and instep kicking. Unfortunately the court where I usually workout was covered with ice, so I found this dry sp...
