Apparently watching TV will improve your vision. I'm a good playmaker, and this is because over the years I've watched a hell of a lot of football on TV and then gone and worked out how moves are done.

When you haven't got the ball, think about what you could do if you received it, so then you don't panic. Great players such as Zidane even visualize two or three moves in advance.

Jay-Jay Okocha featured a version of it on a dvd. The key element he says is to drop the shoulder as you push it one way, then flick it back, almost in one movement. But it's all about how you shape your body he says.
