Well 8 hours includes stretching and light technical stuff. Also I would eat probably 4000 or so calories a day. How much do you usually train? I am 17 and since im trying to bring my game to the next level i train a load. Some days 8 hours but most about 5-7. I take one rest day a week and train with my team 4 times. Rest days

Yes I know how important they are but do you think players like maradona and pele ever took rest days seeing as you usually have to plan for them when your life revolves around football. Let me know what you think or if there are ways we can live without rest days.

yeah man i respect your opinion but you said he couldnt even make pro. Thats an exageration, he would still make pro and dominate but he would have to change his game and he wouldnt score as many goals.

Theres one thing we can agree on though, both he and maradona were very good.
