Why is it called the bouhka? I've done this before but I don't realise its an official move. Like I do combinations of many moves (stepovers, fakes, elastico etc.) but I didn't realise there are so many names. Aren't they really just combos rather then individual moves?

I don't know this move but is this what you mean EnSoUl?... Do a stepover with your left leg and then do a reverse elastico? (using the inside of your foot to move it to one side then use the outside to push the ball into the other direction). So it's a stepover to the left (fake to the left) inside...

Japan beat Australia 4-3 on penalties the other night. We scored half way through the second half and were in front 1-0. Two minutes later Japan scored a half-chance as a result of the inexperienced Mark Milligan who tried to clear the ball but missed it and then making another shocking mistake foll...

Yeh some of it is basic defending. Cutting of angles and passing routes forcing the attacker into a less dangerous situation. Their triangles won't be triangles if you mark their men and defend as a unit and not rush into the tackles to take the ball. Your team is probably used to this face-pace sty...

Start off by walking with the ball but not looking at it. Look straight ahead, but make sure you can see the ball out of the corner of your feild of vision, so its not completely out of sight. That way you can see around you and have a basic idea of where the ball is. Start off by walking and gradua...

maybe I over-exaggurated earlier with that response but you can't you make those judgement's when you haven't watched the game. I think my response is more valid then yours since I watched the whole game and I am not being bias about it. I know who is in the Australian squad more than you. Many of t...

I'm not making excuses for Australia, I'm stating facts. As soon as you hear the name Iraq, you automatically assume they're crap and there not. It's a shamefull loss, Australia played like sh*t and Iraq played good. Iraq was better that night. You should watch the game before you critisize because ...

I watched the game and Iraq play very good, they hold posession and play accurate low-touch football and have some skillfull players. Not to mention all the politics involved in the Iraqi team, the pressure was on and they wanted to win 10x more than the aussies. I heard from my Iraqi friend that so...

This formation is suited when you have a strong midfield. The centre-mids should be distributing the ball to the wingers and the centre-forward. This formation is good when you have good defensive mids and attacking flank's like for example if you had a formation of: ................. Essien Pirlo.....

The importance is the same as every other muscle why would it be any different? You need them to be strong so you can run faster and for longer without getting tired. If you had weak calf muscles do you think that's going to be an advantage lol? You need them for everything football related.

He means strong. Strong on the ball, doesn't get pushed around, shrugs of defenders etc. Strength does matter, it is nearly as important as speed. Strength is totally different to size so what do you mean the bigger they are the harder they'll fall? He's talking about strength not size. I think at t...
