Senderos to Milan on a one-year loan

OK, you are basically playing in the position that I like to call the point. This basically means you are the big target on the attack, and should be as high up the pitch as possible. Your presence alone should push defenses back and allow your team to have much more room to occupy and attack with. ...

To be fair Pires was way past his best and had no business in a starting berth that he would have probably demanded. Also, I know we have Toure, and he will start like normal. Cygan II will simply be there for increased depth.

RHCP were better when they were all on smack, if you have to ask my opinion.

Can't help but be pissed at this signing. He was always crap at Manchester United, and there were so many better players out there. But I guess if he'll just be a back-up and for 750,000 it's not all that bad.

Dani Alves. Evra is very overrated as a defender. Anytime he gets put up against a half decent player/team, either he is individually burned one on one or he is caught out of position easily. Clichy is twice the player.

I hope this is a joke. There is a reason that Ashley Young is my fantasy team captain right now (of course, not when Cesc is back), and that's because he's more than a sprinter, as he actually scores and assists. His crosses are often magestic, and he's quite good at free kicks. For my money, he is ...

Yeah, get on his case as soon as you can when he gets the ball. Any time he has his back to the goal or if he is controlling a difficult ball, press him hard. HOWEVER, don't go diving in, as you will be burnt every time. Just get in his face enough that if he tries to pass you , you can just step hi...

Soccer shops tend to have the real versions of jerseys. In general, look for the smaller details, such as the stitching of the logos and stuff like that. For instance, if an adidas jersey has the three stripes connected somehow, it is fake, no matter how real it looks. Also, most real jerseys have l...

Lennon is crap. There are several young English players better than him, let alone Walcott. I'd go with Crouch. I don't really like his play, but he has a lot more in his locker than Heskey. Crouch can go in the air, on the ground, can shoot from far and can finish. Heskey is a mediocre battering ra...

I really hope it is Vincent Kompany. He is a fantastic player, quick, technically excellent, and a brilliant reader of the game. The best thing is that he is huge and Arsenal might need a bit of height in the center of defense. He has been linked in the past, and I have to ask why else would he be b...

Question for anyone out of America. Did you buy Worldwide Soccer Manager or Football Manager? Are they the same game with just a different label, or are there any differences? Just wondering so that I know what to get for 2009.

The first time I ever ran the Cooper test I ran the first mile in something like 5:15. I don't really care about these mile times though. I know I'm fit to go a full 90 without having a significant drop in performance, so I don't ever really bother going and running at a track. Most of the fitness I...

That wouldn't work either. Just go and practice this for a couple of weeks and then post a video. You can't expect any significant improvement on a couple days of practice.
