I just joined my school team, and we practice every day, usually with a game tuesdays and thursdays. I also have my club team which practices 3 nights a week and game saturday. So basically every week I have 6 practices and 3 games. I have been really sore lately and my question is, will I stay sore...

necessary to juggle well before freestyling?

Well I can juggle 10-20 times most time when I juggle. My question is, is it necessary to get really good at juggling (easily being able to get in the 100's) before learning tricks? Or should I start learning tricks and let my juggling catch up?

Well I don't want to get bored of the same ab exercise so I decided that I wanna switch it up (I haven't started this, I wanna see what you guys think first.
