take heavy food 4-5 hours before games.also drink a lot of water..eat fruit..maybe take multi-vitamin 8 hours before games..

i agree with soccer 11.this is a good question.but i dont know whether to choose football or girlfriend. but all the time my girlfriend always support me playing football although she no interested to this game at the begining. she always come with me if i had a game and support me..

i think running away from the marking is useless. compete with skill and fast defender is hard to run away. the best thing u can do is to stand in front of the defender. the defender only know to preassure and to steel ur ball.set ur mind on "the defender cant steel my ball from beind".make ur shoul...
