With good moves you can be devistating on the wing. You need moves that put you in good positions to shoot/cross the ball, put the ball into dangerous areas.

Stepovers, the Elastico, reverse elastico, McGeady turn are all moves that will give you space and time to deliver those killer passes.

coming from the back if you open your body to the right you act like you pass it to the right but drag it left and accelerate. I pratice a mixture of both, cones is good for improving speed, free dribbling is good for building up a repitoir of tricks.

To be honest, it will help a couple of things. 1] When rolling over the ball, if you practice with a size 1, when you go to roll over with a size 5 it will seem amazingly easy. 2] Control, running with a size 1 will improve your touch and control, when you use the size 5 it will become easier again....
