This is really good, I have tried to tell people the importance of touches before and when I give coaching sessions we are always pushing the importance of touches on the ball.

I do a lot of similar things to this and more.

It's the only way to get better!

There is endurance then there is football endurance. Your legs are getting tired from the constant changes of direction, there was a video that Nike did on Nani called "Getting back quickness". It basically states that his game is all about high speed and lots of directional changes, this is also an...

I agree, that's an interesting point actually. Everything Ronaldo does, he seems to make it look easy. After watching a few of his long range goals and free kicks, anyone could be mistaken into thinking they could go out and hit a few like that if they tried. The most under rated skill is the step ...

I have been reading the posts on this thread and it's becoming more and more about klc123's original post. I have taken no offence to the post, everyone is entitled to their opinion however I chose not to focus on the negatives and try to take the good from what was said. klc123 has apologised to ot...

I wear the synthetic F50 Adizero's and I love them, so light and comfortable. I want to get a leather pair though, so see the difference between the two.

I see exactly what Panchester is talking about. The deal with Messi and Maradona, possible even George Best. These players seem to just waltz past opponents, where as Ronaldo is always doing a lot with his feet. Ronaldo hardly shows a 'Gambeta', the Gambeta is a Argentinian word for slalom dribbling...

This is a great move, it's still called the Okocha here! I will get a video of this up soon, I have been meaning to over the past few weeks.
