Just buy two boots. Buy really good ones in the ones you think you will use the mostly in matches and buy cheap ones to get you through training and the odd game. I personally use fg for every thing. (Astro turfs for astro turfs, if you know them). Unless I see mud in the areas where I'll be or it's...

Go leather. The feel for the ball is unmatched in the synthetic division. If you have been using synthetic for a while, you can go down that route. It's a lot harder to go the other way. You can't go wrong with any of those boots but I would advise against Preds as haven't seen fullbacks with those....

I thought that topic heading is misleading at first, then I realised this is the type of game England messed up in the run of the Euro 2008 qualifiers. King and Ferdinand and Terry back so interesting what he does there. The biggest decision he has to make is if he lets the full backs provide width ...

For future reference, a good friend of mine gave me this information. Tailbone Injury Treatment Self-Care at Home Coccyx injuries are often extremely painful, so home care is aimed at controlling pain and avoiding further irritation to the coccyx. •Avoid sitting down for long periods of time. When s...

Re: Argentina 4 - Spain 1

I didn't like how periods of times Argentina abused the horizontal and safe passing. In spite of winning 4-1, they would pass the ball back, and side to side with no verticality. It's called taking the sting out of the game. Lose possession to Spain, even though it was a slightly weakened team, the...

 It's just that I feel it's a bit silly to do this and try to play football. There are players on my second team I play for who smoke before, during the half time and after the football match. They are good, I just wonder how much better they would be if they stopped this foolishness. You wil...

Nah, it's because no one told what you're supposed to do. When you don't have a ball, don't stand there and look at the ball. Look around, where's your team mates? Where's the opponents? What are you going to do if you ge the ball now... what about now? Who's marking you? who has space? Once you hav...

I actually envy you, the amount of football you are playing. You must always learn something from playing matches my friend. If you want to be better at drawing, you draw. If you want to be better at running, you run. If you want to be better at 11 v 11 football, you play 11 v 11 matches. The most i...

I'll help as I agree with Rome's last sentence. (Not that I don't agree with everything else, I do. :D ) I'm not a real goal keeper but I don't find it diffuclt to dive for shots. I think part of the problem is that you are over thinking it too much. When you are in your head, all sorts of crap come...

He is literally playing football again. Fitness, form, nowhere to be seen. Although hunger is creeping back in.

Without Rooney firing, he is going to carry Man U. Good game v Newcastle. 4-4-2 suits him. Didn't get a look in last season with Man U 4-3-3. Nani is meant to be Giggs replacement, i wonder who's gonna b for Scholes?
