Such an epic game. Say what you want about the women's game, that was a great game and might have had the best ending to any game, men or women.

The US pulled it out despite some questionable (terrible) refereeing.

Re: Argentina in the Copa America.

Dissapointed and all the illusions that fans feel have been being thrown to hell in the last tournaments, and i don't know if i seen any other team with such bad chemistry - teams like Peru, Colombia, Paraguay, have been like ants at work, working together and as a unit, and have complicated argent...

Well I won't lay judgement on Argentina after this one game unless they do score something like 6 goals or if they lose. I think they'll just go out there, do what they have to do, and get an easy 3 goal win. In terms of where I put Argentina, I think some people overrate them a bit. Like I said bef...

if the only game they had they DESTROYED, albania 4-0 and only gave them 28% of possesion? how is that defense shaky and that attack all stars- not to argue, but when the other team only has 28% of the possession, it's not really a good indication of the type of defense the other has. I am also loo...

Panch, you keep bringing up what good teams the south american defenders play for, and it's true. I'm not debating you on that. What I am debating you on is that you don't need these well known players to be successful. I would rather have my defenders from some middle of the pack team that can come...

Well Badstuber wasn't a starter, but yea, Mertesacker isn't a star, Freidrich isn't a star. The only "world class" defender they have is Phillip Lahm but Germany doesn't need world class defenders accross their back line. In Euro qualifying, they've only allowed 3 goals I believe. Defense isn't an i...

Argentina hasn't won a major tournament since 1993. For me, it's hard to say South America is the best when their second best team hasn't been able to win a tournament in almost 20 years. Argentina has great offensive players, but almost all of their defenders are terrible. Demichelis was a starter ...

Last 5 World Cups. 2010: Spain vs. Netherlands 2006: Italy vs. France 2002: Brazil vs. Germany 1998: France vs. Brazil 1994: Brazil vs. Italy The only South American country who's done anything in the last 20 years is Brazil. The rest has been Europe. And not just one country dominating, it's been f...

I just wanted to say that I love this idea. Good job.

To go off of what Rome said, now that we have this, what if we did a weekly (or monthly) freestyle competition. Whoever gets the most upvotes wins. Would this be something that sounds good?

Why doesn't Barcelona just get another capable defender to fill in for the injured defenders instead of using midfielders? They should cut the dead weight they have and buy some better defenders instead. I'm sure someone would take Milito off of Barcelona's hands.

Exactly Panchester, that was my point, its pretty much the same situation with Rossi. That's why they should play for the nation he plays for instead of USA... And Collin, the difference is that in England, we know our national side is over-rated and sh*t, so we don't expect anything more. Rather u...

I don't know how true this story is, but I'm more posting it because I find it interesting. Manchester United appear to be interested in Enzo Zidane, Zinidene's oldest son and Zinidene think it would be a beneficial move. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Transfer-News-Manchester-United-are-inter...
