So right now im 190 pounds. I need to cut about 25 to get back to my optimum playing weight. My trainer told me that in order to lose weight you must burn more calories then you consume. So at 190 pounds, training everday, playing games twice a week, lifting 3 times a week, running twice a week, and...

After a workout

What is the best thing to eat after a work out?

Usually after I lift I eat some pasta etc. But after I run I just get massive cravings for sugar, and ice cream mostly...anyone else?

Get out and do some distanceing running or timed distance running like set a goal 5 miles in 35 min or get out thier and run, jump, sprint etc for 90 plus minutes
