Yeah, certain foods like that can do that to you. I remember when I used to eat a bowl of raisin bran, the whole day I'd have gas. You just need to find the food that does that to you and do not eat it as much.

yeah, i got a similar problem as you do. I didn't start practicing my juggling untill this year and I also have trouble with my weak foot and control.

From what I have heard, it's all about repetition and practice.

Sometimes it takes that one time where you throw caution to the wind and just save that shot comin at you. I know that was how it was when I was about 7 yrs old. Think about it this way, if the ball is coming at you, it's easier to block the shot with your gloves instead of moving out of the way. Go...

You could do, like said before, 4 sets of 50. But each week you would add 5-10 sit ups per set so you are improving your strength. Since the crunches work your upper abs, leg raises would be good for your lower abs. Do 4 sets of like 20.

These sets could be modified to your physical condition.
