yeah something really funny happend i was practicing shooting volleying etc against a mattress and my washroom was near the matress and the door was open and once i kicked it it landed right in the toilet lol :lol:

personally for me its helped with endurance a bit but skipping does not totally help on one aspect on fitness to me it helps calf muscles ( kinda strength) and
a bit of endurance and balance of course. but now i go on the treadmill because i'm looking to improve my enddurance more.

yeah so i've started strength training this week i've done it 2 times and ran on the treadmill once this week i've noticed a difference in my sprinting speed now that i do some strength training. btw i do 5 sets of 10 pushups and 5 sets of 10 situps and i also hold my legs in mid air without holding...

well in my opinion it would depend on the intensity after reading on your page it seems that you have high intensity workouts i think you should probally have 1-2 rest days a week

yeah but the problem im having for running outdoors is that its bad weather here in vancouver, canada this time of year and its hard to run outside, kakasgotskillz you from canada as well, what do u do for outdoor running?

yeah thats true i noticed that if you take long strides it is kind of like cheating
but to combat that i try to run all the way instead of taking long strides lol

how effective is a treadmill

i run at high intensity and try to increase the distance i run in a 30 minute time limit. Do you guys think a treadmill is really effective for fitness, in terms of your own experiances?
