Thanks for the quick response mate - I just live in the middle of woop woop so our doctor and physio only come out every 4-6 weeks. It's getting better *crosses fingers* and hopefully it's just a sore heel that I can walk off!! :P

Heel/Ankle Problem? Respond ASAP!

Just walking the dogs today after putting on my sneakers (no orthodics or heel cup in) as I raised my right leg to stretch there was a sudden loud click along the outside of my right ankle. My ankles usually click or pop, no biggie. However this time it was accommodated by a sudden rush of warmth an...

Wouldn't mind a complete lace-colour but the whole design looks like a step-down from the V1.08's. In which case I'll just continue buying them when these V1.10's come out (release date?). Any idea how to confirm that's the real design? The tongue-cover looks like a mock-up, the flex zone could be i...

Can this have an effect on my performance? Yes Im sure you've heard all the sciency stuff on how it improves concentration, energy levels etc but the best way to find out is by giving it a go. Make a concious effort to drink one and a half, two litres a day and I promise you'll feel better troughou...

This might sound like a stupid question but...do u curl ur toes upwards or downwards? Downwards - like making a fist with your foot I've tried curling my toes down like curling my fist and it works a CHARM when shooting. I'm experience better contact on the ball during the shot - and while they be ...

I've tried flexing my ankle to an extent so it doesn't seem as loose/lanky as Kaka mentioned in the aforementioned post above me but never as much toe curling. Should I be curling my toes over as well for a better striking surface etc? This is news to me!

I loved Halo 3 but if I had my time again at this day 'n age I'd defo' go for Gears of War 2. Newer, intriguing storyline. Then again I've played Halo 3 to death on every difficulty, never got into online. :P

i have the grey/black/yellow 1.08 tricks. And let me tell you I was surprised by its durability. I been playing hard in them about 8 times now, and got stepped on many many times in the front and in the heel side but no signs of damage what so ever. So I think you don't have to worry about ripping ...

The MV IV (Mercurial Vapor 4's) have a wider front-end of the boot compared to the MV III's to accommodate for a wider-base of players, this may result in a lack of comfort/fit for players accustomed to the MV III's like yourself. I couldn't vouch for the rest of the Puma range, but the V1.08's have...

Question: Will buying a size 11 Puma V1.08 give both longer length AND width than a size 10.5? Or will it only the length change? I'm looking to purchase a new pair of 10.5 Puma V1.08's for the new season instead of the size 11 as the width is fine (in the 11's) but the length still runs around a th...
