even light jogging is not recommend in ankle weights. they are "supposed" to be used only in stationary exercises for strengthening the leg ( if u put them on ure ankles that is). any exercises where u run/jog takes a toll on ure ligaments and is generally not recommended.

i always notice a lot of ppl make sunday or saturday their rest days which i find weird. why wudnt u make it a weekday since u (i assume) have classes on those days and on sunday will have more time to train?

i think they just found something that worked while they where practiing/playing and then developed the movements into refined forms. like a fake kick that cryuff turns into the cryuff turn or pulling the ball back and turning to shield it becoming a roulette. of course i have no idea if thats true ...
