You could try and find a wall pretty much anywhere and shoot against that. Where you would find such a well where you live I have no idea. It's sounds like you are in a pretty awful situation but if you love the game you will find a way to work around it. Look at all the kids in the slums around the...

I gotta agree with brown. No way is America nearly as skilled as almost any competitive national team but we have good athletes and determination which is what you need to pull of upsets. Luck and hard work are often interchangeable.

America bitches!!!

Looks like a pretty good training plan. You kept your goals pretty specific which is good as you will notice improvement more.

I am doing an eerily similar routine this summer so I will see how it goes for me. Hopefully we will finally get a chance to play against each other sometime this summer!

You're still in school?
Unfortunately, yes. Tomorrow is the last day and I have all my finals yet I didn't study much. :(

I wouldn't recommend a treadmill just because they are hellishly boring to run on. I don't know about the place you live so this may not be possible but I would recommend running on dirt trails, they are soft enough to cushion the impact of running preventing injury and are much more exciting to run...

I have had problems finding contacts that work with dry eyes but eventually I found Acevue Oasis work pretty well. I only wear them while playing soccer and my eyes don't get to dry. I would recommend trying them.

Don't worry I permit this support of my team. Really, it is justifiable for anyone to follow the Sounders cause they are pretty bad ass. Rave green ftw!

I hijacked a bus in Argentina and put a knife to the bus driver's neck and demanded he drive faster to make it to the Chacarita vs. Talleres match on time.

My team plays in a 4-4-2. In that formation where should I be positioned in relation to the other midfielders and the defenders?

I am a similar type of player, big, strong and physical and I have always played center back but my coach has recently had me play defensive center mid exclusively. My problem is that I am used to marking a player and defending him with his back to the goal now in the midfield I find myself not even...

You can get some small pieces of wood and tie them together with rope if you want to make one, I don't have any exact specifications though.

On the wing it helps if you have room to cut into the middle. If you watch Ronaldo his teammates will clear out and allow him to cut inside and use his skill and pace to beat defenders. If you have a lot of speed I would recommend you use cuts and speed to beat defenders on the wings. You can start ...
