but it's perfectly fine if you get smacked and it would be beneficial to exaggerate your fall so that you can make sure the referee sees that you were hit I actually think thats bad, i don like players exageratting a tackle... its like telling a ref to card a player... just ain't cool I'd only ever...

Plenty of people dont make development, ill tell you something about youth in NSW, for alot of the clubs, dont get me wrong here people not every team not trying to offend, its all about who you know, and on top of that, they would rather select someone who has played for them last season and they k...

With the help of experts he can dramatically improve his fitness and athleticism, to the standard of a pro athelete possibly, but technically, i just cannot see it happening. The best players in world football, even some of the average professional, spend their whole youth becoming what they are tod...

I was in similar predicament last year, just go for it, also, this is very important, it is good to go with friends, i noticed so much more confidence when with friends, kick a ball around beforehand, lose your nerves. Also remember, i tried this recently, when the coaches pick the teams for trials,...

Sydney are disgraceful. They were playing brilliantly, 3 well worked goals that came from great attack, unstoppable by any defence, then they let in 3 goals, 2 of them extremely soft, at home. A professional team should not waste a 3-0 lead ever, and dont start mentioning istanbul because this is ju...

No. You would have to be exceptionally good, and by that i mean as good as any professional in the world, and even then why would A League scouts be watching local games. Scouts wont care if a player is good in local league because the standard of competition is low. Premier league is different, the...

Leave the domestic leagues in their countries, that applies to all sports and nations. Why would Americans want to watch two teams who they dont care about and dont care about them play each other, why not just watch MLS. I know people will say MLS is crap and all the usuall, but your not giving it ...

Hey is it true refs can disallow goals for swearing, because that happened to us. We scored and just after it went in he gave it, but a guy from our team and the other team were talking sh*t to eachother and swearing, so he chalked it off. Nice to know if you guys have heard of this before.

I don't see anything wrong with people expressing their beliefs during a match, like making the sign of the cross when coming onto the pitch or something. Its the person's decision to express himself/herself. Some players even have weird superstitions or pre-game rituals. It all comes down to perso...

Good to see the ref in the atletico vs liverpool match giving straight cards for diving, they stopped completely after that. Good reffing but i honestly believe those linesman should never be allowed near a football pitch again, they were atrocious, I was getting angry just watching the game and i d...

Well from my experience the trials usually have some small sided games, usually just possesion, where they split the group in half or even smaller ones where it is like 3v3. They usually have a game after that, but some teams might get you to do a bit of fitness as well. Beep test is pretty extreme,...
