Is there some place with a pool that you could swim at. Like a community pool or something?

Good luck with your next tryout, when do you find out if you made the team?

There isn't anything you can do to increase stamina in 5 days. I would suggest getting rest don't stay up late, get some good nights of sleep. Could you have asthma? I would suggest taking up swimming again, i've swam for 12 years and it helps. I would swim on a team in the summer and then do cross ...

I second the no pop. Drink water and then maybe a sports drink like gatorade after the tryout depending on how much you sweated and worked. I would try to stay on the light side of eating, nothing too heavy or greasy like a hamburger. Some pasta would be good. You can't really do a whole lot right n...

If you have mono you need to rest no doubt. I'm surprised you are even considering training, mono makes you tired all the time and have no energy. Your best bet is to lay in bed and rest, I know it seems tough to do but its for your own good. If you don't rest you may be prolonging the sickness. I'v...

I don't know. But $40 for just the shirt is very cheap. The prices i've seen have been $70 or more and thats not with lettering or numbers. Worldsoccershop.com has arsenal jersey's with authentic lettering and numbering (pre made with Adebayor, Clichy, etc on the back) and those go for $102. I have ...

I would try playing with older girls or even older guys to help you. Really just don't give up on your training. Train every day. It may seem that a year is a long ways away but you need to keep fit and practice. Good luck and keep us updated. Have you talked to any other clubs to see about trials. ...

The United States is going to have a women's pro league starting in 2009. I think they only have a few teams right now but they'll probably expand later on. I'm excited for it.

We just played the U18 Odyssey team at the winter academy showcase in Dallas, beat them 2-0.
Hows the academy team going? Do you like it? Aren't you on the FC Delco team? Do you feel the level of competition is high?

First off good luck with making your video and sending it to clubs. Have you thought of sending it to any clubs in league 2? It couldn't hurt, the more clubs you send it to the better chance you would have of someone seeing it.Good luck!
