It does help, yes.

There will be times where the ball will be going towards your head with an opponent behind you, and with a controlled flick you can put the ball past him and burst through.

Every part of your body's useful(other than your hands unless you're a goalie).

Hey man, i know what you mean and I've been in the same position before. What i do is watch videos on my favorite players and see how hard they have worked to achieve their goals and how happy they are to play the sport they love as a career. That motivates and inspires me to do better. Another thi...

To NewBornProdigy: Cheers lad. For your response there. Yeh I know that. But it's just that I really can't motivate myself in anyway. I'd call myself a confidence player at best. That is if I'm even a player. I can't work my bollox off too. The moment I see a teammate slump to a side and rest, that ...

To fawad: Cheers man. For the motivation part, I've tried reading autobiographies and all. But I realized two things there. #1 They all started really young #2 They were obviously talented from the start It sets me back, as I've only played for around 3 years and obviously I dont feel the least bit ...

I can understand where you are getting at but my friend has no motive of wanting me out of the team. He's the one who managed to pull me into it in the first place. And he's already first team anyway. Well. I did miss training for the first half of the month, nearly the whole month. As such the coac...

Problem is because I missed so much of the training the coach feels that my attitude is bad and thus will probably not get me into the team.

besides most of the team is better than me too. :(

Ah someone with the same problem. I dont understand why. I love football. When I'm with my mates I feel good playing. Feel like i'm gliding all over the pitch. But during training I just dont feel.. that comfortable you understand? Like there's some pressure and i'm not able to show my skills. But i...

I can't get no motivation.

Just like the rolling stones song, edited of course. I really can't get no motivation to go to my trainings. The thought of physical training makes me want to go back to sleep on the 5am morning already. Also, I've been told by some mates the coach didnt like me and thus going for the trainings will...

Jus train up your strength, and play as a striker.

With speed it should be pretty easy to play striker.

What I need to know is how good is your dribbling.

Can you beat 3-4 man like C.Ronaldo.

You got to be able to do the tricks even with your eyes closed.

Build up your confidence with those tricks.

Then it'll come naturally.

For some reason, I always make sure that I follow through alot.

It's like.

After I took the shot. I would curl my body inwards if i wanted a low shot. Or sort of jump if it was a long one. For swerve I would lean on whichever side I wanted it to go.

I tend to watch my teammate, then do stepovers.

If the defender appears to have gone for the ball or unbalanced, I would take them on.

If not I'll pass to my teammate. Or just hold the ball.

I tend to hit the ball against the wall and try to chest the ball if it goes above my waist.

Doesnt end up pretty often, but it helps alot.
